March 26, 2025 6:00 pm: Team Captain's Meeting at Running Zone (3696 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32935)

March 28, 2025: Tent Rental DEADLINE

April 1, 2025: PRICE INCREASE from $35 to $40

April 4, 2025: Last day for team member switches and transfers at 11:59 pm

April 4, 2025: Registration Closes at 11:59 pm

April 8th & 9th: CAPTAIN'S PACKET PICK UP Captains may come to Running Zone between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm to pick up their team's race bib numbers, shirts, and medals.
TEAM CAPTAINS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP THE TEAM'S RACE BIB NUMBERS, TSHIRTS, AND MEDALS. Individual participants please contact your team captain to coordinate how to receive your race bib numbers. All finishers will receive a race shirt and medal.
