2.Rent a Tent (Last Day March 27th, 2026) – great to have a team meeting spot, 1 table & 2 chairs included!

Tent Options:

• 10’x10’- $150
• 10’x20’- $225
• 20’x20’-$300
• 20’x40’-$425
• Extra Chairs: $1.50 each    
• Extra Tables: $15.00 each

Tent rental includes 2 chairs and 1 table

Team Captains can access the Team Captain’s Store to purchase a tent through your RunSignUp account

Timeline:

• March 25, 2026 6:00 pm: Team Captain's Meeting at Running Zone (3696 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32935)
• March 27, 2026: Tent Rental DEADLINE
• April 1, 2026: PRICE INCREASE from $35 to $40
• April 3, 2026: Last day for team member switches and transfers at 11:59 pm
• April 3, 2026: Registration Closes at 11:59 pm
• April 7th & 8th: CAPTAIN'S PACKET PICK UP Captains may come to Running Zone between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm to pick up their team's race bib numbers, shirts, and medals.

Team Captains are given the option to pick up their entire team's packets or allow their team to pick up their packets individually.  Participants, please contact your team captain to coordinate how to receive your race bib numbers. All finishers will receive a race shirt and medal.
